Using Windows Live Writer beta with Textpattern

Piece Of Cake. Can’t believe how easy that was.
I downloaded the Textpattern extension from the download-rpc link and copied the three files (by hand) into the right directories according to the instructions.
I downloaded the Writer beta and installed it, telling it that Textpattern was a custom Movable Type installations (also according to the instructions).
Writer offers you a preview of what your article will look like. Apparently this is based on your site’s style information, but as mine’s fairly plain to start with, I can’t really tell the difference.
So here I am, typing away in Writer. When I push “publish,” I expect great things… If you’re reading this, it worked!
